Frame House Booking Process
Frame House Miami operates a direct online booking system. No phone calls. No email inquiries. Browse sets. Book hours. Show up and shoot.
The platform works like hotel booking but for photography studios. Pick your set. Pick your date. Pick your hours. Pay online. Receive confirmation instantly.
Step 1: Browse Available Sets
Visit framehousemiami.com and click Studio Sets. You see all 24 custom-built photography sets with images, pricing, and availability.
Each set shows hourly rate, dimensions, features, and current availability. Standard tier starts at $150 per hour. Premium tier starts at $200 per hour. Exclusive tier starts at $350 per hour.
Filter by category if you know what environment you need. Podcast studios appear under one category. Fashion sets under another. Outdoor sets under their own category.
Step 2: Select Date and Time
Click your chosen set. The calendar shows available time slots. Frame House operates 7 days a week with flexible booking windows.
Minimum booking is 2 hours for most sets. Popular sets like Private Jet and Moroccan Lounge often require 3 hour minimums during peak times.
Book morning slots (8am-12pm) for natural light simulation. Book afternoon slots (12pm-6pm) for consistent studio lighting. Book evening slots (6pm-10pm) for after-hours production.
Step 3: Add Services and Confirm
The booking flow shows optional add-ons after you select your hours. Makeup room rental. Specialty lighting packages. Preferred photographer roster.
Multi-set bookings receive automatic discounts. Book 2 sets in one session and save 10%. Book 3 sets and save 15%. The discount applies automatically at checkout.
Review your booking summary. Set name. Date. Time range. Total hours. Base rate. Add-ons. Discount if applicable. Total cost.
Enter payment information. Confirm booking. Receive instant email confirmation with booking details and studio address.
Step 4: Arrive and Shoot
Frame House sends a reminder email 24 hours before your booking. This includes parking instructions, arrival procedures, and contact information.
Arrive 10 minutes early for first-time bookings. Check in at the front desk. Receive set access and any add-on items you booked. Your time starts when you enter the set.
Bring your gear. Bring your team. Frame House provides the set, power access, and climate control. You provide cameras, lighting if needed, and creative direction.
When to Book in Advance
Peak season runs October through April. Book premium sets 2-3 weeks ahead during peak season. Book standard sets 1-2 weeks ahead.
Summer season (May through September) offers better last-minute availability. Book premium sets 1 week ahead. Book standard sets 3-5 days ahead.
